Supreme Court Issues Notice To TG Speaker In Defection Case

The Supreme Court has issued a notice to TG Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad in the MLAs defection case, after the BJP challenged the Speaker’s clean chit to the defecting MLAs. The BJP’s plea has now been tagged with an already pending matter before the court. After preliminary hearing, the court adjourned the case and scheduled the next hearing for Feb 6.
