SC Defends Air India Pilot In Ahmedabad Crash, Orders Fresh Probe Notice

The Supreme Court assured the father of Air India pilot Captain Sumeet Sabharwal that “nobody can blame him” for the Ahmedabad crash that killed 260 people. The Court issued notices to the Centre and DGCA, questioning the independence of the AAIB probe, and will hear the plea for a judicially monitored investigation on November 10.
