Annamalai Slams DMK As Tamil State Song Skipped In Official Event

BJP Tamil Nadu chief K Annamalai slammed the DMK after reports that “Tamil Thaai Vazhthu” was not sung at a Thiruvallur government event. On X, he criticized ministers and officials for allowing the lapse, calling it “highly condemnable.” He accused DMK of using Tamil for political gain while enabling private schools to sideline the language under the two-language policy.
