SCO Nations Approve 2035 Roadmap, New Centres For AI

At the 2025 SCO Summit in Tianjin, member states adopted a 2026-35 development strategy. It launched an SCO Development Bank, and inaugurated four new cooperation centers covering AI, security, crime and anti‑drug efforts. It endorsed the Tianjin Declaration condemning the Pahalgam terror attack, pledged multilateralism, and explored AI collaboration.
