Delimitation May Harm South: Telangana DCM

Telangana Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka warned that redistricting based on the 2011 census could weaken southern states’ political power. He argued that without a caste census, the South might lose its influence in the Central govt. He also criticized the unfair distribution of tax revenues, noting that southern states receive much less than northern states.
