Calcutta HC Dismisses TMC Plea Over ED Raids

The Calcutta High Court dismissed TMC’s petition claiming the ED seized party files during I-PAC raids. The ED denied taking any data, saying West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee removed it herself. The court adjourned the ED’s petition, which will be heard by the Supreme Court on Thursday. Raids were unrelated to TMC.
