Rajnath Singh Accuses Congress Of Misleading On Caste Census Issue

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh condemned Congress for misleading people on the issue of caste census, accusing the party of falsehood. Addressing an election rally in Khunti, he questioned why Congress did not conduct such an exercise during its 50 years in power. Singh also mentioned the 2011 caste and socio-economic census, which counted 46 lakh sub-castes and communities.
