Thackeray Vows Shiv Sena (UBT) Will Install Mayor Despite BMC Loss

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray accused BJP of winning Mumbai’s BMC elections through “betrayal” but said his party will install its mayor “if God is willing.” BJP won 89 seats, Mahayuti alliance 118, while Sena (UBT) secured 65. Thackeray stressed the battle for Mumbai isn’t over.
