PM Modi recalled that Bihar was once under the influence of anarchist forces and Naxalites, and polling would end at 3 pm. Modi said that now all the people have voted freely and in record numbers. He clarified that the reason for the smooth conduct of the polling without any problems like election violence and repolling is the end of ‘jungle raj’.
