Congress Suspends Rebel Candidates For Six Years Ahead Of Maharashtra Polls

Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala announced the suspension of all rebels contesting against official candidates of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) for six years. Addressing the media, Chennithala emphasized there would be no “friendly fights” in the MVA. He also confirmed the release of the MVA manifesto on November 10 and outlined the campaign schedule of top Congress leaders.
