The third phase of Telangana panchayat polls will be held on December 17. Notifications were issued for 4,158 sarpanch posts and 36,434 ward members. Polling will be conducted for the remaining seats. Schools serving as polling stations will remain closed on December 16 and 17, while govt and private employees will be granted paid leave to facilitate voting.
