Bengaluru FIR Against Advocate For Attack On CJI

Advocate Rakesh Kishore was booked for throwing a shoe at CJI B.R. Gavai in the Supreme Court on October 6. A Zero FIR was filed in Bengaluru, then transferred to Delhi’s Tilak Marg Police. The All India Advocates Association condemned the act, demanding strict action to uphold the judiciary’s dignity.
