Korean Air Inks $50 Billion Deal With Boeing & GE Aerospace

Korean Air has signed a big $50 billion deal with Boeing and GE Aerospace to purchase over 103 new aircraft and spare engines. The agreement was finalized during President Lee Jae Myung’s U.S. visit, with deliveries expected by 2030. Founded in 1969, Korean Air launched its first regular cargo route to Los Angeles via Tokyo in 1971.
