Supreme Court To Hear KTR’s Plea Over Party Defections

The Supreme Court will hear the plea over party defections in Telangana today. Recently, BRS leader KTR has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking disqualification of the party-turned-MLAs. Justice BR Gawai and Justice Vinod Chandran will hear the hearing. The Assembly Secretary has already issued notices to MLAs.
