The Election Commission has completed all arrangements for the first phase of the Bihar Assembly polls, scheduled for Nov 6. Campaigning between the NDA and INDIA bloc parties is set to conclude by this evening. MLA candidates are making their final efforts to sway voters through multiple promises. A total of 121 seats will go to the polls in this phase.
