Mexico Floods Kill 28, Rescue Operations In Full Swing

Massive floods have caused widespread devastation in Mexico, severely damaging major roads and submerging numerous homes and vehicles. So far, 28 people have lost their lives in the disaster. Authorities have launched full-scale rescue operations, but the death toll is expected to rise as efforts continue in the worst-affected areas across the country.
