Investigations into the Delhi blast near Red Fort, which killed 13, revealed a larger terror plot involving eight suspects planning serial explosions in Delhi, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, and another city. Police said the group used old cars to transport IEDs and raised Rs 20 lakh for explosives. The blast reportedly occurred accidentally during transport.
