Ukraine said that it will meet U.S. officials in Switzerland to discuss Washington’s new plan to end the war with Russia. Ukrainian leaders want changes to the draft, which includes some points suggested by Moscow. Rustem Umerov added that top officials from both countries will start talks as Ukraine and Europe review the 28-point proposal.
