RJD has alleged that power cuts in India Bloc strongholds were implemented to slow down the polling process during the first phase of Bihar polls. Polling began at 7 am today across 121 assembly seats in 18 districts. Despite these claims, the voting is proceeding peacefully. At least 3.75 cr voters are set to cast their ballots in this crucial phase.
