West Bengal CEO Manoj Kumar Agarwal has directed all district officials to finish collecting Special Intensive Revision (SIR) forms by November-end. During a video conference, he questioned delays in 100% distribution and warned against any lapses. Over 7.55 crore forms have been distributed. After BLOs flagged safety concerns, districts were told to act immediately.
