Vijay’s TVK Opposes EC’s SIR & Stresses True Democracy

The Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) has opposed the Election Commission’s Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls today. It said that adding fake voters or removing valid voters through SIR will weaken democracy. Arunraj, the party’s propaganda secretary, added that the organisation of free and fair elections is the foundation of democracy.
