Telangana started the nomination process for the first phase of Gram Panchayat elections in 4,326 villages and 37,459 wards. Nominations close on November 29, withdrawals by December 3. Voting is scheduled for December 11, with counting the same day. Around 1.66 crore rural voters are eligible, and BC reservations are applied as per High Court orders.
