427 Maoists Surrender In Telangana, Police Call It Major Milestone

Telangana DGP B. Shivadhar Reddy announced that 427 Maoists, including senior leaders, have surrendered this year, marking a major success in anti-Maoist operations. Among them are two Central Committee and eight State Committee members. With only 64 Maoists from Telangana still active, the DGP urged others to abandon violence and join mainstream society.
