Centre Urges States To Address Cough Syrup-Linked Child Deaths

The Centre has called an urgent video meeting with states and UTs today at 4 PM to discuss cough syrup safety after child deaths in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Union Health Secretary will lead talks with health officials and drug controllers on rational use and drug quality to prevent further tragedies.
