Polling is currently underway peacefully in 121 assembly constituencies in the first phase today. Bihar recorded a voter turnout of 42.31% by 1 pm. Gopalganj led with the highest turnout at 46.73%, while Patna reported the lowest at 37.72%. Voting began at 7 am and will continue until 6 pm in 121 constituencies, as per the Election Commission.
