Severe Tropical Storm Bualoi, the 15th cyclone to hit the Philippines in 2025, has killed at least four people. It has displaced over 4 lakh people across several provinces. Making landfall in San Policarpo, Eastern Samar, with 110 km/h winds, the storm caused floods, landslides, and widespread power outages, severely impacting affected communities.
