The United States and Israel have launched strikes on Iran, causing explosions in Tehran and other areas. Reports say children have been killed or injured, including in a hit on a girls’ school. The United Nations has strongly urged all sides to protect children, civilians, schools and hospitals and called for an end to the violence.
