J-K MP Engineer Rashid Granted Custody Parole For Budget Session

Delhi court has allowed jailed Lok Sabha MP Engineer Rashid to attend Parliament’s Budget Session starting January 28 under custody parole. The MP, in Tihar since 2019 under UAPA charges, will be escorted by armed police. Rashid previously received parole for Winter and Monsoon Sessions and interim bail for J-K Assembly elections.
