The Telangana High Court, which heard the BC reservation case yesterday, declined to stay the local body poll notification, clearing the way for its release at 10:30 am today. The Election Commission has scheduled elections in 565 Mandals across 31 Districts in five phases. Meanwhile, the TG High Court will hear the case again today.
