In the upcoming Phase 2 of the Jharkhand Assembly elections on November 20, the richest candidate, Aquil Akhtar from the Samajwadi Party, has declared assets exceeding ₹400 crore. In stark contrast, the candidate with the lowest assets reported just ₹100. Overall, 127 of the 522 candidates in this phase are crorepatis, with significant participation from the BJP.
