Telangana Minister Urges Parties Support 42 % BC Quota

Telangana’s BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar urged all parties to file affidavits backing the state’s move for 42% BC reservations in local body elections before the High Court. He asked petitioners to withdraw challenges in the interest of weaker sections. The court will hear arguments on October 8.
