The Union Public Service Commission is scheduled to meet in Delhi today to discuss the appointment of the next Director General of Police for Telangana. The state govt has proposed five IPS officers, including CV Anand, Vinayak Apte, Abhilasha, Soumya Mishra and Shikha Goyal. The commission will shortlist three candidates and forward the panel to the state.
