Collector Slaps BPSC Aspirant Protestor Over Exam Allegations

Patna DM Chandrashekhar Singh was filmed slapping a Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) aspirant protesting outside an exam center. Students alleged exam mismanagement and a paper leak after delays in distributing question papers. They claimed some papers were missing, and others arrived late. BPSC chairman denied the allegations, stating that no complaints were reported from other centers.
