Bihar recorded a 27.7% voter turnout until 11 am in the first phase of Assembly polls. Polling began at 7 am today across 121 assembly seats in 18 districts, and the voting is proceeding peacefully. At least 3.75 crore voters are set to cast their ballots in this crucial phase. However, polling will continue until 6 pm across all Phase 1 constituencies.
