New Panel To Tackle Krishna & Godavari Water Conflicts

The Union Jal Shakti Ministry has constituted a special panel to address river water-sharing disputes between the Telugu states. Headed by the Central Water Commission, the panel will include 4 members each from Telangana and AP. Also, the chairpersons of the Krishna and Godavari river management boards will serve as members, aiming to ensure coordination.
