Telangana Panchayat Raj Minister Seethakka announced that the Sarpanch poll notification will be issued on December 11. Speaking to the media in Bhikkanur, Kamareddy district, she said the Congress govt will implement 42 percent reservation. She added that the Telangana govt has completed all necessary arrangements to ensure smooth conduct of this polls.
