AP’s First Solar Ingot Wafer Unit To Come Up In Anakapalle

AP IT Minister Lokesh announced that the agreement with ReNewCorp to establish India’s first solar ingot wafer manufacturing unit has materialized. The 6 GW capacity plant, to be set up in Anakapalle with an investment of Rs 3,990 crore, reinforces the state’s position as a hub for innovation and technology, boosting renewable energy manufacturing.
