Israeli soldiers raided a municipal building in Blida, southern Lebanon, killing employee Ibrahim Salameh, Lebanese media reported. Israel claimed it was targeting Hezbollah infrastructure and fired after identifying a “suspect.” Lebanese leaders condemned the killing, calling it a civilian death.
