European Leaders Warn US.Peace Plan Needs Work

European and other Western leaders said the United States peace plan could be a starting point for ending Russia’s war in Ukraine. But they warned it needs more work because some parts are not good for Kyiv. At the G20 summit in Johannesburg, they coordinated their response before the November 25 deadline.
