A special CBI court in Raipur has overturned a 2024 order discharging former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in the 2017 sex CD case linked to alleged defamation of ex-minister Rajesh Munnat. The court also rejected appeals by other accused, allowing the long-running, politically sensitive case to proceed.
