TMC To Back No-Confidence Motion Against Lok Sabha Speaker

The Trinamool Congress (TMC) has indicated it will support a no-confidence motion against Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla if the opposition proceeds with the move. Party leaders said their MPs are willing to vote in favour of the resolution but want opposition parties to first present their grievances to the Speaker. The motion follows allegations of partisan conduct.
