Linking Religion To Patriotism Undermines Constitution: Owaisi

AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi in the Lok Sabha said linking patriotism to any religion violates constitutional principles and fuels social division. Speaking on 150 years of Vande Mataram, he stressed that the Constitution guarantees equal rights, liberty of thought and belief, and the State belongs to all citizens, not a single religion.
