Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis announced a ₹31,628 crore relief package for flood-hit farmers. It includes cash aid, compensation for crop and livestock losses, damaged homes, and soil erosion. Assistance will be directly credited to accounts. Covering 29 districts, the package also supports rabi preparation and crop insurance payouts for 45 lakh farmers.
