Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu announced a major digital overhaul of the Inner Line Permit (ILP) system to better monitor non-Arunachali movement into the state. Speaking in Koloriang, he called it the “most significant step” in improving oversight. The digital integration process, underway for nearly three years, is now in its final stage.
