Mayawati Boycotts Future Bypolls Over Alleged EVM Manipulation

BSP chief Mayawati announced that her party will not contest future by-elections, especially in Uttar Pradesh, until the Election Commission takes strict measures to prevent fake voting. She criticized alleged irregularities in the recent Uttar Pradesh bypolls, accusing both EVM manipulation and a flawed voting system. Mayawati also held the state government responsible for violence in Sambhal.
