Relief To NCP, Plea Against Mohol Candidate Withdrew From Bombay High Court

A candidate who challenged the acceptance of NCP candidate Yashwant Mane’s nomination has withdrawn his plea from Bombay High Court. Mane is the NCP candidate from Mohol seat in Maharashtra’s Solapur. The court granted the withdrawal after a bench of Justices Arif Doctor and Somsekhar Sundaresan indicated they were not in favor of the petitioner. This is a definite relief for Ajit Pawar’s NCP.
