CJI Flags Bias, Urges Tribunal Members Not To Be Pro Govt

CJI B.R. Gavai urged non-judicial tribunal members, especially ex-bureaucrats, to act impartially and not avoid rulings against the government. Speaking at a national CAT conference, he emphasized better training, fair appointments, and improved service conditions.
