Delhi HC Pushes For Quick Resolution Of Visa Petition

The Delhi High Court directed authorities to expeditiously process the visa application of Pernia Qureshi, daughter of meat exporter Moin Akhtar Qureshi. Justice Sachin Datta asked the FRRO to act as per guidelines and also ordered swift action on her sister Sylvia Moin’s visa plea. The case involves disputes over PIO and OCI status eligibility.
