Scan For Safety: NHAI Introduces QR Codes On Highways

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is launching a QR code system to enhance passenger safety and information access on national highways. QR codes will be placed at highway entry and exit points and near toll plazas, providing details on road projects, highway numbers, emergency helplines, patrol contacts, and nearby hospitals and fuel stations.
