The United States may soon require tourists from visa-waiver countries to share their last five years of social media accounts. A new proposal from US Customs and Border Protection follows a 2025 order for stricter security checks. Visitors may also need to provide old phone numbers, emails, family details, and even biometric data like fingerprints or DNA.
